JLS Construction Services manages nationwide retail rollouts, rebrands, refreshes, and remodels. Based in Chicago, we coordinate work across multiple locations with dedicated project management, on-site supervision, and regional installers and tradesmen.
From preconstruction through closeout, our PM team coordinates site surveys, procurement, scheduling, sequencing, and phasing. Assigned field supervision oversees experienced retail tradesmen, daily reporting, quality, and punch completion at each location.
Owner Luis Ortiz brings more than 10 years of retail construction and project management experience. JLS is built for open-store conditions, overnight work, tight schedules, and consistent execution across locations.
