JLS Construction Services manages nationwide retail rollouts, rebrands, refreshes, and remodels. Based in Chicago, we coordinate multi-location work with dedicated project management, on-site supervision, and regional installers and tradesmen.

Program leadership. With more than 10 years of retail construction and project management experience, JLS brings the coordination needed to keep multi-location programs moving. One project management team oversees each location, communicates field updates, and manages the work from survey through closeout.

Preconstruction. We coordinate site surveys, procurement, scheduling, sequencing, and phasing. An assigned PM and foreman or superintendent establish the field plan before construction begins.

Construction and closeout. Experienced retail tradesmen work under on-site supervision, with daily reporting, quality checks, and punch list completion. Our teams plan around open stores, overnight work, and tight turnover dates.
